Nico van den Berg, policies and projects for (professional) development is a bureau for policy support, project management, research and advice “in the twilight zone of VET and labour”.

In his work Nico learned to look at the development of people and companies from different perspectives; as a student and employee, a trainer / teacher, an educational developer, a policy officer and as a training manager.

Working for different organizations in varying roles, he developed his own “multi focal” perspective on education and innovation and I became a specialist in sector-specific approaches to labour market and development issues.
